What I collect
When you contact me, book a discovery call, subscribe to my newsletter or download a free resource, I collect the details you give me - usually your name and email address, and sometimes your phone number or business name.
How I use your information
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, send the resources you've requested, and - if you've subscribed - share occasional tips, resources and updates for practitioners. I don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Storage and security
Subscriber details are stored securely in my website's database and email system, with access restricted to me. Client business information handled as part of my services is treated as confidential and stored in the systems we agree on together.
Unsubscribing and your rights
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting me directly. You're welcome to ask me what information I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted.
Cookies
This website uses only the minimal cookies needed for it to work properly. I don't run advertising trackers.
